LOLA TO OPEN DOORS AGAIN FOR NATIONAL MOTORSPORT WEEK

The Lola Group is set to give 60 lucky members of the public a rare look in to the world famous racing car constructors premises on Wednesday 15th August 2007.

A full tour of the state-of-the-art Lola factory will be just a part of the days activities that will include the following:

  •  A live demonstration of the ultra secretive Lola windtunnel

  •  A complete circuit relay of the Lola 7-post vehicle dynamic test rig

  •  The fire up of a Lola Le Mans sportscar

  •  Interactive pit stops with theLe Mans sportscar and a chance to be photographed in a Lola sportscar cockpit.

  • A rare chance to see an awesome selection of Lola cars, including a Lola T70, A1 GP car, Formula 3, the 1967 Lola T90 which was driven by Sir Jackie Stewart, Mk1 Lola (the first Lola ever built) and a sneak preview of the new for 2008 Lola B08/60 Le Mans Coupe!

  • At least two Lola Le Mans drivers will be present to sign autographs and talk of their experiences at this years 24 Hours.

  • A chance to see the Lola built UAV (un-manned Aerial Vehicle) spy plane!!

  • An address from Lola Executive Chairman, Mr Martin Birrane

  • A packed Lola souvenir bag to remember the day by and photographs of the day supplied by a professional photographer.

 

In order to be one of the lucky 60 able to attend the day all you have to do is answer this simple question.

Please e-mail your answer to Sam Smith at ssmith@lolacars.com before Friday 15th June 2007. You will then be contacted before Friday 29th June if you are one of the 60 allocated a place for the day.

The tour will begin at 13.00 and last until approximately 17.00. Refreshments will be available to guests.

Winners of the prize are entitled to bring one guest.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied on the tour
